All administrative functions of Herzum Approval require you to be a user with Jira Administrators or Jira System Administrators global permission.

 

Click the Configuration to the right of the top ribbon to open the Administration menu and select Apps or Click en the App Menu and in the Manage your apps option

Herzum Approval is visible in the sidebar.

Here, you can setup your Approval Process By navigating to the Herzum Approval administration screens.
