Overview
The Herzum Approval for Cloud app is a powerful Jira Cloud app that provides a simple and flexible way to setup your approval processes in Jira Cloud.
Using the user-friendly administration screens, the administrator can easily setup complex approval definitions, associate the approval to a specific project, issue type and workflow transition, have access to a rich set of customization and advanced settings including automation of workflow transitioning and email notification.

As a Jira User, you can...
1. Review Approval Status and Take the Decision, all in one panel
The Approvals Panel in the Issue View allows users to review, at a high level, the percentage of Approbations, Rejection, and Pending Requests; at a lower level, detailed information on the approvals including status, users, notification date, and response date.
In addition, the Administrator can customize the panel by adding or removing actions, hiding or showing items, and enable translations based on user Jira instance language preference.
Furthermore, the Approver can provide the approval response with just one click on the buttons displayed in the same panel.
2. Review Approval History
The Approvals History tab in the Issue View allows users to review all relevant approval process information relating to the specific issue, including approval replies, notifications, and automatic issue transition on Approbation and Rejection.
In addition, the Administrator can customize the Approvals History tab by hiding or showing items and enabling translations based on user Jira instance language preference.
3. Delegate Approvals
The Approval Delegation screen allows delegating user Approval authority to other qualified operators on a Project, Issue Type, and Time range basis.
Any approver can delegate only its own Approval authority and, in addition, the Administrator can delegate the approval authority of any approver to another operator.
4. Perform Approval by email
You may approve or reject an Approval Request by email. Furthermore, you can be notified for every Approval response, exclusively for a Rejection or Approbation, or following the final decision.
5. Perform Bulk Approvals
You can take action on multiple requests at one time. The available actions include Approbation, Rejection or Abstaining the previous decision. You can take the action not only as the Approval owner but also as a Delegated or Super Approver. You can add an Approval comment as well.
6. Perform Approvals JQLs
Users can enjoy more than twenty built-in JQL functions that allow performing different types of searches.
7. Review Approval Status into Custom Fields that can be viewed in Agile boards, Emails
The Herzum Approval Status and Herzum Approval Percentage custom fields allow to review the percentage of Approbations and Rejection, the Requests awaiting a response, and the received responses.
8. Review the Approval Status of an Issue, view the list of requests awaiting approval, Approve or Reject in the JSM Customer Portal

You are able to run bulk Approval configurations by copying, moving, editing or deleting multiple Approval Mappings all at once.
