See pull-request moderating status

As a user, if you open a pull-request you can see the approval status by opening the Moderator tab. This tab shows all the moderator/s defined per repository or project basis.

You can see, for each moderator, the current status (WAINTING/APPROVED) and the related approval date.

Each pull-request needs at least one moderator approval to go ahead with the merge. 

If no moderator approval has been performed you can't merge and the following message appears.

A Moderator must also be a Reviewer in order to Approve a pull request.
