See pull-requests that you're moderating

As a Moderator, if you want to see all open pull-requests that you're currently moderating, you need to open your inbox panel

As a Moderator, if you want approve a pull Request, you need to click Approve or just type a on the Pull Request screen.

In order to display the Approve button you have to be a Reviewer.
