Herzum Approval can send emails to notify an Approval Request or when the status o an approval changes.

In order to enable this functionality, you need to configure the Jira's SMTP Mail Server.

Notice that you are able to customize your email template via the Herzum Approval E-Mail Templates Administration screen.

Furthermore, you can customize the email from address via the /wiki/spaces/HAP/pages/12002028 administration screen.
