The Approval Email section on the Global Configuration screen allows you to customize the sender email address used by the app to notify the Approvals Request emails and the delimiter of the approval reply that the Approval Mail handler expects in order to process the approval reply email.
From Email Address
The From Email address option allows you to notify the Approvals Request emails via an email address differing from the the Project email address (when configured) or the email address set in Admin->Outgoing Email.
If any From Email address is filled, the app notify the Approval Request emails via the Project email address (when configured) or the email address set in Admin->Outgoing Email.
You can expect that this setting override the two from email settings mentioned above.
A customized email address might not be possible with some public email services.
In order to allows the From Email address to work properly, you need to add this email address as Alias of the Outgoing Email address.
