The Approval Superusers section on the Global Configuration screen allows you to setup users having special approval privileges (Super Approvers) and , the user needed by the app to perform automated tasks (Approval Expression Superuser), user to evaluate conditional rules (Conditional Rule Superuser) and the user to evaluate pending approvals in JSM (Customer Portal Superuser).image

Super Approvers
Is it possible to make an user a super approver.
An approval superuser can approve or reject any approval via the approval buttons on the issue screen, via the Bulk Approval screen, via email, etc.
Follow the steps below in order to setup the Super Approvers:
Log in as a user with the Jira Administrators Global Permission
Select Apps from the menu
Scroll down to Herzum Approval → Global Configuration
Scroll down to the Approval Superusers → Super Approvers
click the user picker icon select and Select by one or more the users
Click the Select button
Click Save to persist changes
A message notifies that the operation has been performed successfully

Approval Expression Superuser
An Approval Configuration can be build upon an user picker custom field that is automatically populated by the app basing on a clause. This features requires that you specify the user that will be used by the app to perform this automated task.
Follow the steps below in order to setup the Approval Expression Superuser:
Log in as a user with the Jira Administrators Global Permission
Select Apps from the menu
Scroll down to Herzum Approval → Global Configuration
Scroll down to the Approval Superusers → Approval Expression Superuser
click the user picker icon and Select one or more users
Click the Select button
Click Save to persist changes
A message notifies that the operation has been performed successfully
Approval Customer Portal Superuser
Follow the steps below in order to setup the Customer Portal Superuser:
Log in as a user with the Jira Administrators Global Permission
Select Apps from the menu
Scroll down to Herzum Approval → Global Configuration
Scroll down to the Approval Superusers → Customer Portal Superuser
click the user picker icon and Select one or more users
Click the Select button
Click Save to persist changes

Approval Conditional Rule Superuser
Follow the steps below in order to setup the Conditional Rule Superuser:
Log in as a user with the Jira Administrators Global Permission
Select Apps from the menu
Scroll down to Herzum Approval → Global Configuration
Scroll down to the Approval Superusers → Conditional Rule Superuser
click the user picker icon and Select one or more users
Click the Select button
