This page illustrates  Herzum Approval main administration screens and briefly introduces their purpose.


Navigate to the Add-Ons Panel within your Jira installation in order to access the Herzum Approval Administration Screens.

Jira ADMINISTRATION → Add-Ons → HERZUM APPROVAL 

Furthermore, Project lead, Jira System administrators and users in project role administrators can setup a specific approval workflow for a single issue.

Navigate the issue where you have one of the permissions mentioned above in order to manage this setting.

Herzum Approval main administration screens :



Global Configuration

Navigate the Global Configuration screen to setup options allowing to customize the app behavior and appearance.

E-Mail Templates Administration

Navigate the E-Mail Templates Administration screen to configure custom e-mail template for the Approval notifications via e-mail.

Recipients 

Navigate the Recipients screen to setup the recipients of the approval email notifications.

Configure Approval for Single Issue

Navigate the Configure Approval for Single Issue screen to setup approval steps for the specific issue.

Before you can setup approval steps, you must set up users who are involved in your approval processes via the Approval Administration screen .

Navigate the Approval Administration screen to set up users who are involved in your approval processes.

Conditional Rule Administration

Navigate the Conditional Rule Administration screen to setup an expression allowing to enable/disable applied configurations based on the value (true/false) returned by a JQL function evaluated for the specific issue. The Conditional rules are re-usable across different Approval Mapping configurations and E-Mail template configurations.

Approval Mapping Administration

Navigate the Approval Mapping Administration screen to setup approval steps by project and issue type.

Before you can setup approval steps, you must set up users who are involved in your approval processes via the Approval Administration screen .

Permissions

Navigate the Permissions screen to apply restrictions on the capability to notify an Approval Request via e-mail and restrictions on the possibility to set up the approval steps for a single issue.
