The Approval Display Options section on the Global Configuration screen allows you to enable some valuable features of the app (Capability to view the Approval Flow assigned to an issue), rename the Request Approvals button label and customize the aspect of the approvals web panel ( defaulting to load the panel expanded, defaulting to load the panel by filtering only logged user Approvals, display large buttons,  hide fields and rename fields labels.

View Approval Flow

The Abstain Approval Action option allows you to enable the capability for the approvers to express a vote of abstention.

This option expects the values ON or OFF. By default this option is OFF.

When this option is turned ON, the app provides the capability  to express the vote of abstention via email and via the Abstain button appearing on the web panel.
