How to Bulk Approve own required approvals
Opening the Approval menu on your JIRA menu bar, it is possible to click on the Bulk Approve voice in APPROVAL BULK ACTION section.
When clicking on the Bulk Approve voice the following window shows up:
This window allows you to bulk approve issues pending user approval.
The Bulk Approval window includes the following items:
- User, text box displaying the username of the logged user. The field is populated with the logged user username. the field cannot be updated.
- Comment, text box allowing to add the Approval Comment on all approved approvals
- Only notified requests, check box allowing to filter only the issues in myPendingNotifiedApproval()
- Additional filters, text box allowing to filter the issues returned by a JQL clause
Clicking on the Find issues button a message informs on issues satisfying the filter criteria.
Clicking on the displayed number of issues, a window listing on the JIRA search Navigator shows up. The issues can be so massively approved.
Click Approve in order to approve all issues massively.
