This page the Approvals section displayed on the issue view screen

 

 

 

Overview

It is possible to review all requested approvals and their approval state on the Approvals section displayed on the issue view screen.

By default, the requested approvals and their approval state are hided.

 

When clicking the right-arrow, the requested approvals and their approval state show up:

The Approvals section includes the following items

  • Approval Comment text box, allowing to add an approval comment that reports information regarding the approver decision when approving/rejecting/abstaining
  • Name of the workflow transition requesting the approvals
  • Approvals text boxes showing the percentage of approbation rejections and approvals waiting decision 
  • Approval information and actions including:
    • Approval Name, indicating the name of the configured approval. 

      The Approval Name displays yellow when the approval status is pending, green when the approval status is approved and red when the approval status is rejected

    • Approval Description
    • Detail, displaying, when the approval status is Pending, the required approves, when the approval status is approved or rejected, the username of the approver and the date/hour when he was submitting his decision

    • Request Notification: allows to know if and when the approval request has been sent. It can assumes the following values:
      • data-time the approval request has been sent
      • Not Sent, if the approval request has not been sent yet
      • Undefined, if the approval request was created before of this feature was released (versions earlier than 2.8).

    •  (Single Approval Notification): the button allows to send a request approval notification to the single approval.
    • Action: the approval action buttons are enabled only if the logged user can manage them, other users can view them but cannot execute no action. The actions are the following:
