Overview

The Herzum Approval Report gadget displays data extracted from the Approval History.

The gadget provides the ability to chose the fields to show from a list of  available fields. 

The available fields include the following:

  • Action (Abstained, Approvals Notification, Approved, Automatic Notification, Automatic Transitioning, Pending ,Rejected, Single Notification)
  • Key  (the Issue key)
  • Elapsed Time (the difference between the time when the approval gets active on the issue and the time when the approval action is performed)
  • Elapsed Minutes (the Elapsed Time conversion in minutes)
  • Elapsed Hours  (the Elapsed Time conversion in hours)
  • Elapsed Days (the Elapsed Time conversion in days)
  • Creation Date (the time when the approval gets active on the issue)
  • Action Date (the time when the approval action is performed)
  • Assignee (the assignee of the issue)
  • Comment  (the approval comment)
  • Description (the description of the issue)
  • Destination Status (the destination workflow status.)
  • Detail  (the approval detail)
  • Executor (the user performing the approval action)
  • Name (the approval detail)
  • Notification Date (the time when the approval gets  notified via email)
  • Project (the project the issue belongs to)
  • Reporter (the reporter of the issue)
  • Source Status (the source workflow status)
  • Summary (the summary of the issue)
  • Transition (the workflow transition)

You can change the column order via drag and drop.

The gadget provides the ability to filter data to show.

The available filters include:

  • a saved search filter
  • Creation Dates within a data range
  • Action Date within a data range

  • Notification Date  within a data range

  • Other filters include selected Actions, Detail , Approval Name,Executor, Source Status, Transition Name.

The gadget provides the ability to select one field to sort data and chose sort direction.

Add the Herzum Report Gadget to your dashboard

 

In order to add the Herzum Report Gadget  to your dashboard, you can follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the dashboard by clicking the Dashboard link 
  2. The dashboard will appear. Click Add Gadget
  3. Start typing Herzum in the Search text box.

  4. Click the Add gadget button
