Overview

The Configure Approvals for Single Issue screen let you able to setup the required approvals on the workflow transition of a specific issue.

This setting overrides the applicable Approval Mapping configuration by project and issue type.

The Configure Approvals for Single Issue screen let you able to revert the configuration applied on the single issue to the Approval Mappings configurations by project and Issue type.

How to setup approval steps for a single issue

  • Navigate to the issue actions menu

  • Click the Issue Approval button to display the Configure Approvals for Single Issue screen

  • Setup the advanced settings that you need to apply by clicking on the arrow of the Advanced Settings button

A configuration for a single issue provides the same advanced setting options available for an Approval Mappings Administration

How to revert the approval configuration for a single issue to the Approval Mapping 

The Configure Approvals for Single Issue screen let you able to revert the configuration applied on the single issue to the Approval Mapping configurations by Project and Issue Type.

When the issue uses a specific configuration, the Approval Configuration field reports the text Single Issue Approval and the button Revert Approval Mapping appears.

  1. Click Revert Approval Mapping to revert the applied configurations to the Approval Mappings configurations

  2. Click Yes to confirm

When reopening the Configure Approval for Single Issue screen, the Approval Configuration field reports the text Approval Mapping and the button Revert Approval Mapping doesn't appear anymore.
