You must have the JIRA System Administrators global permission before you can carry out the instructions on this page.

 

Accomplish the steps described below in order to generate a zip file allowing to investigate an issue with Herzum Approval add-on.

This way you can easily request Herzum support by sending the file to support@herzum.com via email.

The Support Request tab is available on the Troubleshooting and Support screen.

Accomplish the following steps in order to generate the file:

  • Enter the data into the support request form
    • Contact Email(required)
    • Summary(required)
    • Priority(required)
    • Description(required)
  • Create the support file

By default the file will include the following information:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Take care to enable the Jira Outgoing Mail and Incoming Mail logs in order to allow the add-on retrieving these information.
