Integrity Checker
The Integrity Checker tab provides the capability to Check or immediately Recover inconsistencies on
the data maintained by the App, so to ensure that any update performed on the Jira core tables is consistent with the data persisted on the app tables
The Integrity Check option provides the capability to Check for inconsistencies, but it doesn't recover them.
The Integrity Recover option provides the capability to Check for inconsistencies and immediately recover them.
The Auto-transition option provides you with a tool to transition all the issues that have the option enabled and that meet all the correct validations to make the transition.
Integrity Check
The Integrity checker has a number of 'integrity checks' that look for common inconsistencies in
Herzum Approval's stored data
Select one or more items whose data you would like to check the integrity of and click the 'Check' button.
After the selected checks run, the screen provides details about the existing inconsistencies.
If any inconsistencies were found, you are able to fix it navigating on the Recovery tab or fix it manually basing on the reported information.
Integrity Recover

The Integrity Retriever performs some 'integrity checks' after the Integrity Checker, but, in addition, it corrects inconsistencies, if the corrections leave some data without sufficient properties these data will be deleted. |
Select one or more items whose data you would like to recover the integrity of and click the 'Recover' button.
After the selected checks run, the screen provides details about the existing data inconsistencies and all the corrective actions that have taken place.

Auto-transition
This option is used to automatically transition problemsissues. It is important to note that the issues to which this automatic transition will be applied must have this option enabled in the advanced settings of the approval mappings and meet all the necessary validations to proceed with the transition. If the workflow includes conditions or validators that must be met, the automatic transition will not be performed.

Move Data
This option is used to change the internal structure of our data to reduce the number of internal queries and create entity properties, which have approval mapping data for each issue. This option may take a few minutes depending on the number of issues you have.
