How to Bulk approve, reject, abstain own pending approvals
Navigate in Approval Menu in Herzum Approval Tab
Optionally, you can use any of our JQL functions
Choose Issues
Choose the approval response you wish to provide (Required)
Leave the option Send Approval Reply notification On in order to send an email notifying the Approval action for any affected issue or turn it Off to skip the email notifications
Leave the Bulk Delegated Approval select list empty and the User select list filled with your username to approve only your own pending approvals and click Search
Choose the issues you want to take the actions or leave all selected
Add the Approval comment optionally and click Next or, if the Approval Comment is required, it is mandatory to add it to proceed. You can insert a comment to use globally or specify distinct comments for each issue.
Confirm
After the operations are performed on the issues you will be able to download a summary of the operations performed.
How to Bulk Approve as a delegated
follow the same steps, but this time select a delegate user and if the user selector appears, leave it empty.
