The Approval General Settings section of the Global Configuration screen allows you to enable some features and enable some automated tasks performed by the app.
Approval Delegation

Approval Delegation is a feature that allows uses users with Approval rights to delegate their Approval authority to another user. This option allows you to enable/disable the functionality.
When the Approval Delegation option is enabled, you can expect the following:
user display the Approval Delegation section where they can delegate their approval authority to other users and display approval delegate delegated to them
Jira System Administrator can manage delegations
