Choose which project in which to create the JIRA issue from the drop list. A user will only see projects for which they have access to in JIRA. |

In the pop-up dialog "Create a new ticket" enter:
Click Submit. |

The channel is notified of successful JIRA issue creation. |
| In the JIRA project you can see A link (here in blue) is provided to open the JIRA issue. |

| Clicking the link "PR-3 The application is running slow" will take you to JIRA to view the issue. |
