The Herzum Attachments Manager is an app for Jira that let you define, at project level, limits on the maximum size and number of attachments per issue, also if the applied size limit overwrites the default Jira maximum attachment size per project.

Furthermore, you are able to setup the allowed file extensions for the files that may be attached to the Jira issues. 


Preconditions

 Ensure that overall Jira Attachment settings have been configured to allow attachments.



This guide provides information on configuring your setup via the Herzum Attachments Manager configuration screen.

The applied configurations starts to be active by the moment they are set.

Any file attached prior to apply these settings will be maintained also if they do not accomplish the configured settings.
