Herzum Attachment Manager add-on allows to configure a limit on the attachment size specialized by project and, furthermore, a limit on the number of files let be attached to the issues always specialized by project.
Plugin Overview
The Herzum Attachments Manager is the add-on for Atlassian JIRA that let you define, at level project, the maximum number of attachments per issue and also overwrite the default JIRA maximum attachment size per project (JIRA Attachment size).
Working with Attachments
Because HAM is fully integrated, users can work with attachments without problems. If some check fails during upload operation, user will be notified
