When a mapping has been configured, you are allowed, in addition to issue creation and linking, to link an existing issue.
The two example below illustrate issue linking the cases of mapping associated to a Local and to a Remote Partnership.
Linking an issue on the present JIRA instance
1 | Go to an issue belonging to the project selected as Source Project and having as Issue Type the Source Issue Type configured on the Mapping. | |
