Overview

This page provide an example of Staff Recruitment  Approval Process automation in JIRA via the Herzum Approval add-on.

This example highlights the Conditional Approvals and the capability for super users to approve/reject instead of any approver.

Example of Staff Recruitment Approval procedure

The HR department screens applications and resumes prior to scheduling interviews. 

The HR department can reject or invite the candidate for an interview.

The selection committee differ depending by the job level.

The candidate must specify the job level he wants to apply.

The candidate gets hired if all Selection committee members approve.

The candidate doesn't get hired if one member of the Selection committee rejects.

The lead executives Tom and Jack can approve/reject instead of any approver.
