The way times and dates are presented to users on the 'Approval request' emails, the Approval web panel and the Approval History depends by the JIRA settings listed below:
- JIRA default language (System->General configuration->Default language)
- Default user time zone (System->General configuration->Default user time zone)
- Complete Date/Time Format (System->Look and Feel->Complete Date/Time Format)
