The way times and dates are presented to users on the 'Approval request' emails, format of Data and Time displayed on the Approval web panel and the Approval History History tab depends by the JIRA settings listed belowfollowing Jira settings:
- JIRA Jira default language (System->General configuration->Default language)
- Default user time zone (System->General configuration->Default user time zone) and User Time Zone Preference (../secure/ViewProfile.jspa → Preferences → Time Zone)
- Complete Date/Time Format (System->Look and Feel->Complete Date/Time Format)
