In order to collect the approval history data, the option Enable Approval History tab must be enabled.

Navigate on Approval History options in order to review how to enable the option.

The Herzum Approval

Report gadget displays data extracted from the Approval History.

The gadget provides the ability to chose the fields to show from a list of  available fields. 

The available fields include the following:

  • Action (

  • Abstained, Approvals Notification, Approved, Automatic Notification, Automatic Transitioning, Pending ,Rejected, Single Notification)
  • Key  (the Issue key)
  • Elapsed Time (

The available filters include:

  • Creation Dates within a data range
  • Action Date within a data range

  • Notification Date  within a data range

  • Other filters include selected Actions, Detail , Approval Name,Executor, Source Status, Transition Name.

The gadget provides the ability to select one field to sort data and chose sort direction.

Add the Herzum Approval Report Gadget to your dashboard

In order to add the Herzum Report Gadget  to your dashboard, you can follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the dashboard by clicking the Dashboard link 
  2. The dashboard will appear. Click Add Gadget
  3. Start typing Herzum in the Search text box.

  4. Click the Add gadget button
  5. Setup the gadget  to achieve your requirements:
    1. apply filters

    2. chose the fields to show

    3. change fields order via drag and drop

    4. select one field to sort data and chose sort direction

(warning) Starting from v. 4.41 the Sort by the following field has been discontinued in order to avoid performance issues:

  • ISSUE_KEY
  • ISSUE_SUMMARY
  • ISSUE_DESCRIPTION
  • ISSUE_REPORTER
  • ISSUE_ASSIGNEE
  • PROJECT_NAME

If any of the above fields was  already selected data are sorted by Approval history Id

Export Herzum Approval Report data

The Export button on the left bottom of the gadget allows to export Herzum Approval Report data.

The created file has htm extension. You are able to display data in your favorite browser and in Excel.
