The way times and dates are presented to users format of Data and Time displayed on the 'Approval request' emails, the Approval web paneland the Approval History History tab depends by the JIRA settings listed belowfollowing Jira settings:
- JIRA Jira default language (System->General configuration->Default language)
- Default user time zone (System->General configuration->Default user time zone) and User Time Zone Preference (../secure/ViewProfile.jspa → Preferences → Time Zone)
- Complete Date/Time Format (System->Look and Feel->Complete Date/Time Format)
