The format of Data and Time displayed on the Approval web panel and the Approval History tab depends by the following JIRA settingsJira settings:

- Default user time zone (System->General configuration->Default user time zone) and User Time Zone Preference (../secure/ViewProfile.jspa → Preferences → Time Zone)
- Complete Date/Time Format (System->Look and Feel->Complete Date/Time Format)
