By default, a Jira Project has an attachment size limit that is defined as per global instance configuration (https://confluence.atlassian.com/x/MgISCw) but it cannot be specialized for a project.

You can easily setup the number and the max size of files that may be attached to an issue.  by performing the following steps:

  • Select Settings (Image Added) → Add-ons → Herzum Attachment Manager → Configure Attachments
  • Click Add new attachment limit

  • Choose a Project from the drop down "Project Name
