The Approval Actions section on the Global Configuration screen allows you to enable or disable some valuable features of the app (Enable the capability for the approvers to express a vote of abstention, disable the capability for the approvers to change their mind). |
Abstain Approval Action
The Abstain Approval Action option allows you to enable the capability for the approvers to express a vote of abstention.
This option expects the values ON or OFF. By default this option is OFF.
When this option is turned ON, the app provides the capability to express the vote of abstention via email and via the Abstain button appearing on the web panel.
Lock Reversing Approval Actions
The Lock Reversing Approval Actions option allows you to disable the capability for the approvers to change the approval decision.
This option expects the values ON or OFF. By default this option is OFF.
When this option is turned ON, the app blocks the possibility to reverse an approval action via email and additionally, on receiving the first approval response, the Approve, Reject and Abstain buttons show disabled. Furthermore, the Reset button is completely hidden from web panel.
