The Global Configuration screen let you customize app behavior and displayed items.
The available options are grouped by categories: Approval History, Approval log on Jira Comments tab and Other customizations.
The Approval History options include the following:
- Enable/disable Approval History tab
- Show/Hide Columns
- Customize Columns Labels
- Show events grouped by
- Hide events
- Expand/Collapse rows
- Apply Filter
- Column titles
The Approval log on Jira Comments tab options include the following:
- Enable/disable approval log to show up on Jira Comments tab
- Customize the format of the approval log to show up on Jira Comments tab
The Approval Super users options include the following:
The Other customizationsoptions include the following:- Lock reversing approval actions
- Maintain Approvals section expanded
- Enable Abstain Approval action
- View Approval Flow
- Customize Button label
- Show/Hide Columns of the Approval Section
- Customize Approvals Section Labels

Herzum Aprroval has a number of configuration options that allow it to be customized for use within your organization.
These options can be accessed and edited on the Herzum Approval Global Configuration page.
Editing Herzum Approval Global Configuration
- Choose
> Add-ons. - Navigate to Herzum Approval → Global Configuration
- Click the arrow to display and edit the options of any of the following sections
