To create a new attachment:

  • choose a project from the drop down "Project Name"

    NB: only projects without a configuration are showed

  • fill the fields "Max Attachment Size", with the desired max attachment size in bytes, and "Total Number of Attachments"

    If you set -1 no limit a negative number, the overall JIRA setting is assumed to be checked out.
