The Herzum Approval Action Automation service is a custom-written JIRA service that can automate the approval decision on the associated Approval Mappings. |
Follow the steps below in order to register the Approval Action Automation service:
- Choose
> System >Advanced > Services. - In the Add Service form at the bottom of the page, complete the following fields:
- Name → the descriptive name for this service.
Class → com.herzum.approval.service.action.ActionAutomation
- Schedule and Interval → when you want the service runs
- After completing the fields on the Add Service form, click the Add Service button. This opens the Edit Service page, where you can configure your new service's options.
- After completing the remaining options on the Edit Service page, click the Update button to save your new service's options.
