The JIRA menu bar includes the Approval menu allowing any user  to bulk approve issues pending his own approval.

This page allows you to bulk approve issues pending user approval. The Bulk Approval window includes the following items:

• User text box display , displaying the username of the logged user. The User is not updatable by any user, exception made for the Bulk Approver superuser.

• Comment text box, allowing to add some information on all approved approvals

• Only notified requests check box, allowing to filter issues
