Follow the steps below in order to create the Herzum Approval Status custom field:
Choose → ⚙️ -> Issues → Fields → Custom Fields → Add Custom Field or click Create Custom Field on the Advanced fields administration screen
Select the field type Herzum Approvals Status
Digit custom field Name and Description (Optional) and click Create

To ensure the automatic population works seamlessly when creating or transitioning an issue, is mandatory to configure the Herzum Approval Status field on the issue's edit screen and it should be set as editable. |
The approval values in the field are updated upon issue opening. To ensure automatic value updates post issue creation or transition, follow these steps:
Go to Herzum approval configuration > Global configuration > Display Options.
Choose the previously created field for Herzum Approval Status under Populate the Herzum Approvals status field.
Click outside the field to save the configuration.
