The way times and dates are presented to users format of Data and Time displayed on the 'Approval request' Request emails, the Approval web panel and the Approval History depends depend by the JIRA settings listed belowfollowing JIRA settings:
- JIRA default language (System->General configuration->Default language)
- Default user time zone (System->General configuration->Default user time zone)
- Complete Date/Time Format (System->Look and Feel->Complete Date/Time Format)
